The Rowley returns, celebrating 20 years since its initial debut featuring two heritage colorways that Rowley helped design in the early 2000s. On the heel of each shoe you’ll find “66/99,” which marks the founding year of Vans and the very first Rowley shoe release, and the “19” in the colorway name stands for the latest reissue.
