wrong item

they shipped the wrong item. Instead of simply switching it for the right one, they made me return it and wait for a refund. To then be able to repurchase it. Which i did not. Lost a customer for good

Très beau manteau

J'aime beaucoup cette marque et avec eux on est jamais déçu. C'est un beau manteau léger (mais chaud!) à utiliser tout seul ou coordonné avec l'imperméable (que jai de la même couleur, vert). qu'on reçoit est celui plus récent, avec un col V et non celui de la photo avec un col rond. Personnellement je l'ai trouvé trop grand (je suis 1.72 cm X 70 kg): j'avais pris un M/L (comme l'imperméable que j'avais déjà), mais j'ai dû l'échanger pour un S/M (encore mieux, je l'ai donné à ma copine et j'en ai directement acheté un autre). Bad customer service

I ordered the jacket twice it is not as pictured even though I called to check before purchasing a second time. I was sold two v-neck jackets but the website shows crew neck and someone confirmed when I called it is crew neck. Instead of offering a discount or a full refund I was met with nothing. I won’t be ordering from altitude sports again.

Little expensive for what it is

Im a big fan of the brand (3 bags, 8 coats, 2 pants) and i find this one little expensive for what it is. but kept it as i like the style. a bit smaller than other models.
