But while it doesn't skimp on reliable waterproofness, it's light and breathable, meaning you won't get clammy on hot and sweaty mountaineering adventures. An adjustable hood, underarm gussets and hand pockets up the ante on practicality, while no shoulder seams reduce bulk and increase comfort - even with a backpack in tow. The Summit Series system of layers all work together for optimum performance in terms of breathability, insulation, weather resistance and moisture management.
