As a new addition to our much-loved Arctic Parka line, the Women’s Arctic Parka Premium has our maximum length for total coverage, dual-entry handwarmer pockets and an internal strap for easy carrying. It's constructed from waterproof, breathable DryVent™ fabric, and filled with warm, 600-fill recycled down insulation.
