This hiker hat is very comfortable. It does fit a little bit big but I don’t like hats fitting too tight. The draw cord is essential for me with all the wind we get on the east coast. I bought this primarily for gardening, hiking and for trips to the beach. Appears to be well made but I thought the brim would be more rigid. I am happy with my purchase.

I have another TNF hat but not waterproof. This one is made of GTX which meets my demand for outdoor and camping use. The color is nice too!

Tres bon chapeau et vraiment imperméable très confortable et protège bien de la pluie.seul inconvénient c’est que lorsque on achète un chapeau en GTX c’est que on veut s’en servir quand il pleut et quand il pleut bien souvent il a du vent.Le chapeau n’a pas de cordon d’ajustement pour resserer le chapeau que on dois se servir uniquement du cordon de l’a mentonnière pour retenir le chapeau quand il vente fort et ce n’est pas ce que j’aime le plus comme système de retenu pour un chapeau. North Face aurais pu insérer sois un cordon ou un système d’ajustement intérieur style velcro pour serrer le chapeau.

J’ai commandé un small-medium et il me fait à merveille, même si habituellement je porte du large en chapeau ou casquette. Pas encore testé sous la pluie, mais ça confection me dit qu’aucune goutte d’eau atteindra ma tête! Sera moins respirant lord de chaudes journées. Un must pour randonnée pluvieuse en ville ou en forêt.
