Looks like a good product for mid season.
Unfortunately my kid has very wide feet and these were a too narrow for him so I had to return.

These are comfortable and functional! My son loves these shoes in the fall and west coast winter. He can play soccer at recess without having to choose between wearing boots or hai ing wet feet!

Win-win!

But my 12yo did not find them comfortable. Seemed TTS, she takes a 4.5 in these and New Balance.

Look great — nice colourways

These shoes seem perfect for my daughter this spring and next fall. They will also be great for hiking this summer.

Only downfall is that she&#x27;s mentioned that they aren&#x27;t truly waterproof along the seam (sole)

Great mid-season shoe!

I&#x27;m pleased with these shoes for the most part. They boast a stylish appearance and proved to be waterproof during a heavy rain spell. I confidently walked for about an hour, and my feet remained dry throughout.

However, one notable concern is the remarkably slippery sole on these new shoes. Unfortunately, I experienced a moment of instability and ended up falling on my knees when stepping on a sewer cover during a rainy day. This incident has made me cautious about where I step, especially in wet conditions.

Despite this issue, the overall performance and aesthetic appeal of the shoes meet my expectations. It would be beneficial for the manufacturer to address the slipperiness of the soles to enhance the safety and satisfaction of their customers.

Caution: Slippery Soles Pose a Challenge. Overall Satisfied with Stylish and Waterproof Design.

My son had an older version that he grew out of. The sole is quite thick and I feel like he&#x27;s an inch taller with them. ;)
But the quality is really good, and my son really liked the tan/blue colour. Overall, very pleased with North Face.

Good Quality

Bought these as a replacement for my son&#x27;s Columbia hiking shoes and there&#x27;s definitely a difference in quality. The laces stay tied (a big complaint from him for the Columbia&#x27;s) and they feel more comfortable. We found that they do run a bit big for him but its not an issue as he&#x27;ll grow into it quickly.
