I really love these Sorel boots. Being a bit of a purist when it comes to lace-up boots, I like that there’s no zipper, but of course it does make them a tiny bit slower to put them on and remove them. I find them to be sturdy but light, which is a nice relief after my Blundstones, which always felt too heavy. They are sturdy enough for walks and hikes, but cute enough to wear with dresses, and perfect for our West Coast wet winters. DEFINITELY heed the warnings about sizing. I am usually a classic size 7 but luckily I read the reviews and sized up to a 7.5 and they fit perfectly.

I felt the boots a little snug, but overtime they started to feel just right. I would recommend to always wear these boots with long socks to avoid the leather rubbing against your skin since that did lead to irritation but I do love the boots, they are super cute! They wear down quickly if you trip and brush against objects which is as expected.

But If you want to wear a big sock, I will suggest to take a half size bigger. 
They are very comfortable and very versatile!
They look great with jeans or tights.

Love those boots

I have a very narrow foot, size 6. Ordered size 6 and couldn&#x27;t fit my foot. Granted I should&#x27;ve exchanged for a larger size but the absence of a zipper discouraged me to do so. If you don&#x27;t mind the laces, go for it, just size up. It&#x27;s a good city boot for Canadian winters. Highly recommend though for look, quality and practicality.

Very pretty but sadly couldn&#x27;t fit my foot

These boots were so hard to get on. They eyelets at the top are not open to make them easy to undo. Beautiful leather and style, but impossible to put on.

Hard to get on

These boots are cute and comfortable. However they are hard to get on and off, because they are tall and stiff, have to loosen the laces quite a bit and tug pretty hard, both getting them on as well as off. Hopefully they will loosen up over time. Its bad enough that I injured my shoulder and now I can&#x27;t wear these boots until my arm is back to normal. I still love them once they are on.
