hey are tight basically until they are fully outstretched. They are comfortable and I can wear them all day.
My only disappointment is with how thin they are. I have other ski socks that are rather thick by comparison. When I wear these ones, I can feel the floor beneath my feet and the coldness of it very quickly.
I’ve used these in both -20 and -3.
My feet were freezing three runs in on the colder day. At -3, no problem at all.
