Camping is comfortable again!

I imagine this would be a great mat, it arrived quickly, but as soon as I saw the box I realized I had ordered the wrong item. I needed the extreme for winter camping. From researching the mats though, I would fully expect this mat to be a good addition to spring or fall camping and the extreme mat that I purchased is a good size for me and fits in my backpack comfortably.

I bought the wrong one

This is a thick, comfortable sleeping pad and is worth the extra weight/size in your pack (vs less comfortable pads). I prefer Thermarest&#x27;s dual valve system- easier to make adjustments when you&#x27;re on the pad (which is often when thewe tweaks are made).

Comfortable for side sleeper

This is by far the most confortable camping mattress I got so far for a side sleeper, been able to sleep 8 hours, pretty small and light, it s pricey but you get what you paid for.
