Was looking for a light jacket for spring/summer and splurged a bit on this item after reading multiple reviews. Super soft and comfortable with a good amount of stretch. It really seems to blur the line between hard and soft shell with great weather protection - To be fair, I&#x27;ve only been out in light rain as I&#x27;ve only had it a couple of weeks, but it&#x27;s held up very well so far. Great breath-ability.
I&#x27;m typically a bit borderline between medium and large depending on brand and the large fits me well (5&#x27;10&quot;, 175lb) with some room to layer underneath if needed. 
Good length in both sleeves and torso.
Overall, super happy with it.

Good fit, outstanding water and wind resistance.

Nice weight to take the edge off cold while hiking or ski touring but quite breathable and water resistant for light showers but probably not downpour. Fairly soft and comfortable material and packs up pretty small.

Absolutely love the jacket. I usually wear large and I ordered large ( I am 5’7”) - the fit was right on. The arms are a bit long but for mountaineering thats good. Its really lightweight and the jacket can be packed up very small. Haven’t used it in rain yet but have no doubt that it will be waterproof. The jacket is comfortable to wear and goes with every movement of the body because the material is stretching. The seams inside show a kind of sealing. I ordered the navy blue and it looks even better in nature than on the photo.

Lightweight and compact - more than expected

Excellent jacket for snowshoeing, ski touring and winter hiking. Lightweight, robust and very breathable, this is a great jacket for any high output cold climate activities. The close-fitting under-helmet hood is the only negative design issue. If the hood has been a standard design, the Kinetic 2.0 would be the perfect jacket.

En raison de la mesure de la circonférence autour de la poitrine, j&#x27;ai pris un modèle XL et les cordons d&#x27;ajustement sur la veste permettent de bien ajuster celle-ci sans qu&#x27;elle ait l&#x27;air trop grand au niveau de la taille. Le capuchon est pratique et suit bien les contours de la tête ce qui assure une bonne protection au vent et la pluie. 

C&#x27;est un manteau confortable et flexible. Je l&#x27;ai porté une soirée chaude et pluvieuse et je trouvais que le matériel était très respirant. Selon mes recherches, il suffit de 1000mm d&#x27;eau pour qualifier un matériel de &#x27;résistant à l&#x27;eau&#x27;. La veste est certifiée pour 10000mm et je confirme qu&#x27;après une marche de 5 km sous la pluie, l&#x27;eau n&#x27;a traversé les parois de la veste.

Au départ je croyait que ce modèle avait des renforcement en nylon au niveau des points de contact de la veste, mais c&#x27;est le modèle &#x27;Kinetic 2.0 ALPINE&#x27; qui en a. Je suis tout de même très satisfait de la veste et elle répond à mes besoins.
