I thought they were a little tight at first but they do stretch out bit in the waist. So I would go for a tighter pair in the waist if you’re not too sure. They have a drawstring so if they do become a little loose it is no issue to tighten them up. A very nice feature!

Love the shorts

Super comfortable and lightweight. I&#x27;ve been wearing them all week in Texas and am looking forward to wearing the pants I also bought for my next hike.

Confort

Comfortable with good stretch. I&#x27;m 6&#x27;4&quot; and these are definitely above the knee length. Not the most rugged materials, they&#x27;re a bit thin, but they are lightweight and breathable. More for casual wear than say bushwacking or scrambling.

Solid shorts

I have several pairs of Prana shorts made from the OG Zion fabric, now sadly discontinued, so I&#x27;ve been looking for a new short made out of a practical fabric -- cool, quick-drying, suitable for daily wear and for travel. The fabric on these is slightly thinner and wrinklier than I&#x27;d like, but they fit well, look good and are stretchy for comfort. Based on other reviews, I ordered a size up but found them too loose. For me, the size chart was spot on.

Well, these were ok. I wanted to like them more:the fabric is nice and light, the length is good for hiking and all around use. I just didn&#x27;t like the way they hang: they seem a bit loose for such a light fabric, so they kind of wrinkle up a bit and just dont look as high quality as they actually are. But if they fit you, you&#x27;ll like everything else about them, or if your priority is mostly a light summer hiking short, these are good.
