The jacket feels good. Haven’t used it yet but it is ultralight. I’m a bit nervous that the pockets are fine mesh material on the inside and might snag on keys, etc? Will keep you posted but it does make me nervous!

Until this point I&#x27;ve been an Arcteryx gal. However, the zipper on my Arcteryx shell broke and they couldn&#x27;t fix it, and while they gave me store credit, I couldn&#x27;t find a shell in the same colour to match my midlayer, and other outdoor clothing accessories (they&#x27;re all teal). I stumbled upon this jacket, and it&#x27;s the perfect match, but also seems like a much higher quality jacket, for a less expensive price. I love the many pockets throughout- for a day on the ski hill there&#x27;s ample room for my ski pass, phone, cash, kleenex and small snacks, without having to mix any of those in the same pockets. I&#x27;m 5&#x27;5, 170lbs, and the extra large is a perfect fit. I should mention that I like my outdoor gear to be slightly roomy. I tried on the large but it was too snug. I&#x27;m definitely an OR convert after this!

LOVE This Jacket!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. It is incredibly waterproof and dumps heat very well. She uses the jacket for ski touring, urban use, hiking and more!

Women’s OR Carbide Shell is amazing!

I am pleasant with my purchase. It could keep me dry and warm in the heavy rain. Many Of course you need to wear another layer beneath if it is very cold. A lot of pockets!

I have been looking for a ski shell for months and this jacket ticks all the boxes! Snow skirt, vented pit zips, lots of pockets, hood that fits over my helmet and great colour choices! Highly recommend! Fits true to size!
