These boots are missing any traction/grip in the top 20% of the tread. They are very difficult to get on and uncomfortable once they are on, the inside is stiff. They would be terrible for walking on ice.

Awful for winter

Elles sont belles mais je ne les classerais pas dans la catégorie hiver (du Québec!). Elles sont courtes donc doivent s&#x27;emplir facilement de neige et ne sont certainement pas à l&#x27;épreuve de l&#x27;eau. La semelle semble glissante aussi. Personnellement, je les ai retourné pour ces raisons.

Difficult to get on without a pull loop (what are those things called anyhow)? I don&#x27;t think the grip would be great in snow/ icy conditions. I will be returning them and will continue to look for something more practical.

More like a slipper

I placed my order thinking I would receive it the day it said I would in my order receipt, December5th. It did not arrive and, since it was meant to be a birthday present I started sending emails trying to get updates on it. Nobody replied. Birthday arrived and I had no present to give. Only when two weeks later it arrived, and they received notification from the shippers, they sent an email saying “your order was delivered”. 
Very disappointed.

Late and unresponsive

Elles sont jolies et chaudes, confortables comme des pantoufles! Par contre voici quelques points à prendre en considération lors de l&#x27;achat. Elles sont ajustées au niveau du pied, mais pas au niveau de la cheville. Ce qui fait aussi que dès qu&#x27;il y a un peu de neige au sol, et bien vous en trouverez également dans vos bottes!

I’m thrilled with my purchase but was a little disappointed with how light these were. Not really confident they will keep my feet warm. They are super cute though.
