I used to have a Kombi pair of mitts with the glove insert and absolutely loved them!! They lasted 6-7 years, so I knew I wanted a pair like that again. My fingers freeze easily and this type of mitt takes care of that. Highly recommend them. I use them to play in the snow with the kids and downhill skiing. 
I usually wear size medium with Kombi. I had to buy size Large for this particular size.

Kombi Mitaines Épic

Wife loves them, they are warm and have the individual finger separators inside. They are not as shiny as the pictures show ( maybe that’s good/bad). Would recommend for daily wear.
