u can't beat these. By wearing them out, I find that my heel wears through the inner liner resulting in heel blisters and also they lose their waterproofness. I use them daily in the winter for walking 5 plus km, hiking, snowshoeing and fat biking. The only real issue I have with them is that I get planter fasciitis every winter while wearing the Keens. So if you are prone to this, be aware this may be an issue but this could just be my feet. Overall I highly recommend these boots. Read LessRead less about This is my third pair of Keen Revel
