Two parts to my review, general fit and quality. Re fit, oval shaped head large front-to-back and medium side-to-side so most helmets that fit good front-to-back are way too wide. This helmet in Large came very close but was a bit too wide. If it came with foam inserts to adjust the fit, it would have been a winner. Unfortunately, it didn&#x27;t have them so I returned the item. Subsequently I found out that Head makes an insert kit but there was no mention of this from the seller or Head on how to actually get the kit. Much better if they just included a few foam inserts in the box with the helmet like Sweet Protection does for their Volata racing helmets. Re manufacturing, one of the helmets ear pads was kinked and bulging out into the helmet. I determined that the person installing it in the factory couldn&#x27;t slip the plastic frame between the inner foam liner and outer shell because the liner was glued in slightly crooked and tight to one side, loose on the other. So rather than correct the real issue, they just bent and pushed the ear pad in which made the the helmet unwearable. I was able to fix it but it should have been caught and corrected in the factory with changes made to how the liner is aligned and installed in the first place to eliminate downstream issues in the manufacturing process. In conclusion, it would be a great helmet if Head included a few foam adjustment pieces in the box and corrects the manufacturing issues relative to proper alignment of the main foam liner.
