The sweater is very light but still very warm. Will be great for sitting around the campfire into fall. One thing that would make it better is if the sweater had pockets.

I loved this fleece. It’s warm, beautiful and perfect to take along on hiking and camping trips. 

Only complaint I have is the sizing isn’t consistent across Columbia’s garments: I’m one size in a sweater and a different size in the fleece. Columbia categorizes their fits as “relaxed”, “active fit”, etc. I didn’t see that in the description but now that I’ve got it on, I will order for the desired fit.
