This is a great shoe. Nice and cushy. Ideal for a neutral foot. If you need a lot of stability, try the Adrenaline. Both are great.

Ces souliers sont parfaits: souples, légers et coussinés. Je portais préalablement des Brooks Ravenna, que j’ai adorés. Les Ghost offrent un peu moins de support (pas de Guiderails), mais ils semblent mieux absorber les chocs. Seul le temps et l’usage me diront si mes pieds préfèrent le support ou le confort! 😉

Great running shoes

This is my 3rd time buying from the Brooks Ghost line.

I trained up to a marathon as a non-runner and these are what helped me really see the value a higher level sneaker gives. The best part is I always struggle to find sneakers that actually fit, and all 3 pairs of brooks ghost I have fit (from different models) have fit exactly the same which is what I want. 
I even wear these on long walks and find they are great. 
I wish there was more colour options.
