This headlamp, while offering a lot of functionality, has some areas to improve upon.
It is heavy, and due to its design, it &quot;sags&quot; when worn. It is difficult to re-position due to the intricate design of the supporting headgear elastic structure.
That being said, the various setting for the brightness and type of light are very good. The ability to charge it and use regular batteries is a bonus for longer type usage of the headlamp where charging is not an option.
I would suggest for those who are considering this headlamp to head to a location where you can try it on first before purchasing.
Other than that, it is a good and reliable headlamp.

I like it - but will have to get used to the overhead strap. I&#x27;ve owned other lamps without the extra strap.

It&#x27;s useful for jogging or other active tasks since it prevents the lamp from falling off your forehead.

Could be brighter for its size, but adequate.

Good headlamp - Bit awkward with over head strap

I have not had the opportunity to go out snowshoeing with my headlamp but can&#x27;t wait to try it out: the light is very bright and there is a sensor on the side of the light that you can touch to increase/adjust the brightness, as required. The back light is a great asset (especially when I will be walking around the neighbourhood).

This is above and beyond other headlamps I have used in the past. Bright, even lighting, even at medium strength. Some may find the battery on the back cumbersome but you don’t notice it at all. Bonus red light on the back which can help when hiking in groups at night as well as running around the neighbourhood.
