The most disappointing feature is that they run small and the size chart is not accurate, despite many, many reviews saying they fit "true to size." These are a compression product so they fit very tightly, yes there's some spandex but even the chamois area is tight. I would recommend to size up if you are not sure because of the compression they will still form to you anyways. For me, I've basically wasted my money because they are not returnable (underwear category) but they are too small to wear.

I am 5'9" 165 lbs (about 16%-17% body fat) and I wear a size 31 waist pants. Even if I measure with tape around the widest part of my navel I am a 32 waist, but where these shorts sit is below at 31 waist. I ordered a medium because the size chart says 32-34 waste but this is wrong and I wish I had gone with the large.
